NEW DUNGENESS NURSERY'S WARRANTY

    Thank you for purchasing your plant(s) from New Dungeness Nursery. We guarantee trees and shrubs for a period of one (1) growing season from date of sale. We do not guarantee bulbs, annuals, house plants, roses, heathers, and perennials.  

    No guarantees are provided for plants in pots or planters, plants under an overhang, mechanical damage, damage by extreme weather conditions, plants damaged by deer or other animals, plants damaged by water or lack of water.

    We will happily make a onetime replacement for a tree or shrub that has failed to survive under the guarantee.  Customer can pick a replacement of the same type and size, or another plant of equal value, or a gift certificate for the amount. Returns must include original receipt, as well as plant remains, including root-ball if possible, to determine cause of failure. * 

    *If a credit card receipt is provided, a refund can be processed on the card for the full amount unless the refund is $500 or more, then a restocking fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Our warranty does not apply to plants purchased at a discounted price.
